The Jacksonville/Morgan County Underwater Search & Rescue Dive Team is an all volunteer organization. The Dive Team is responsible for the rescue and/or recovery of near-drowning and drowning victims within Jacksonville and Morgan County. Upon request by government agencies, the Dive Team will respond for retrieval and recovery services; or as directed by the Jacksonville/Morgan County Office of Emergency Management.
